Before meeting up with Karen and Anna today for a train ride to the city, I stopped by the post office. I never really understood how to post a letter overseas, so I had a nice long chat to a worker at the post office. After sorting everything out, I enclosed the letter and a picture of Karen and I taken at the beach. The purpose of today's outing was to sell Karen's old text books. I was successful and managed to sell one a couple of weeks before. Better than nothing. Unfortunately for Karen, her books were too outdated :( After the disappointment, we went shopping around MC. Anna and I tried on shoe after shoe before she had to leave for work. Karen and I made our way to the amazing ALL YOU CAN EAT KOREAN BUFFET FOR $10 (ONE HOUR ONLY). Needless to say, I got my money's worth. Since Karen is weak, I took over her heavy trolley of books as we made our way for more shopping! To being broke!

    The letter and photograph was really adorable. I had it pinned on the pinboard I had in my room in Singapore. Thank you for this. Everytime I was down or had a bad day, I would look at the photo and smile.
